Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Office and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Limerick. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  • This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, handling phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer support desk for software product, ensuring proactive resolution of customer requests.
  • Coordinate with technical support to put solutions in place with regard to customer issues.
  • Ensure timely scheduling, job cost calculation, invoicing, and customer follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and adhere to KPIs in line with best practice.
  • Be part of a continuous improvement culture.
