Operational Excellence Lead Role

Astellas is a global pharmaceutical company that makes treatments for patients worldwide. As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving improvements across our Dublin Plant.

This role involves leading the Operational Excellence (OE) program at the site, including developing and sustaining OE infrastructure. You will support the leadership team in developing and implementing the annual site strategy and tactical plans.

You will deploy OE initiatives, analyze performance trends, manage value stream programs, KPIs, and digital dashboards. Additionally, you will maintain and advance continuous process improvement, including the 6 S program and standard work practices.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-qualified scientific or engineering discipline, strong computer literacy, and certification to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level. They should also have extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production roles with a focus on OE, Six Sigma, and business process improvement.

  • Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in a scientific or engineering discipline.

  • Focus on OE, Six Sigma, and business process improvement.
