In addition, this role will involve managing change controls, handling investigations, and working cross-functionally to maintain compliance and streamline processes.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, along with at least 10 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory environment. A minimum of three years of leadership experience is also required, with strong knowledge of microbiology testing and regulatory standards.
