Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Success Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers in placing classified ads in our publications.

This role involves a mix of inbound support, outbound follow-ups, and email communication to ensure customers have a smooth experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with phone-based and email-based customer support, and have a proven ability in outbound calling and upselling.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers placing classified ads.
  • Handle customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to existing or lapsed customers to offer reminders, special deals, or assist with new advertising needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable handling calls and emails.
  • Proven ability in outbound calling and upselling.
