**Job Title:** Site Manager

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the development life cycle of transformative residential and regeneration projects across the country.

  • Responsible for supervising construction stages and ensuring contractors carry out works in accordance with design specifications.
  • Ensure that works are constructed as required, organize adequate supervision of construction works on-site, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting to the Employer's Representative and coordinating contract interfaces with respect to the works.
  • Assessment of Contractor claims and writing reports on same, along with assessment of Contractor payment applications against work completed.
  • Supervision of the works, including keeping records, managing correspondence, and contractual documentation.
  • Record detailed reports of all works and any significant happenings on-site, including photographic records where necessary.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • A degree in Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification in Engineering is essential.
  • Satisfactory knowledge of civil engineering works, building construction, and project management is necessary.
  • At least 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager or Resident Engineer with a proven ability to deliver results is required.
  • Detailed experience in delivering residential projects is advantageous.
  • Direct experience in project management and good knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations is necessary.
  • Excellent Communication skills and high attention to detail are crucial.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-driven, and has a keen interest in the development process.

  • Preferably 3 years PQE in a relevant area.
  • Demonstrable willingness to take on new responsibilities and adaptability to new challenges is essential.
  • A full clean driving license is required due to some site travel involved.
