About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert financial reporting and analysis on spend within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain detailed financial reports on spending across the organization.
2. Conduct analysis of spend data to identify cost drivers, outliers, and opportunities for optimization.
3. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
4. Partner with the Operations team to understand their financial needs and provide insights to support their decision-making.

Requirements:
1. 7 years of experience in operations and spend management in a corporate environment.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3. Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
