Role Summary

TN Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Corporate Centre team, focusing on Operational Excellence. The successful candidate will support functional lines by fostering efficient operational management and drive continuous improvement to ensure sustainable change.

Key Contributions
  1. Lead the operational excellence change portfolio to achieve strategic objectives and drive business growth
  2. Develop and deliver selected Operational Excellence initiatives to improve process efficiency
  3. Advise senior management on Lean Six Sigma related matters and develop LSS tools/processes to increase efficiency
  4. Leads Lean and/or Six Sigma projects to eliminate waste and improve performance by identifying root causes and recommending solutions
  5. Assist in planning, execution and monitoring of continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, Action Sheets and/or Gemba Walks
  6. Train associates in the use of Lean tools to enhance process efficiency
Essential Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic and/or operational excellence consulting with proven ability to lead project teams to successful completion
  2. Experience in continuous improvement programmes and Lean Six Sigma projects; Black Belt is required
  3. Result-oriented, excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the English language
  4. Coaching and mentoring ability to act as a coach at all levels in the organization
  5. MSc Business Administration or similar field of expertise

  1. Ability to interpret and present information and data in a practical format
  2. Excellent time management to ensure deadlines are met and critical projects are prioritized
  3. Flexibility to cater with changing work and time demands
  4. Experience in the Insurance Sector
  5. Excellent MS Office skills
