Cpl Resources - Limerick seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to join our Finance Team. This permanent onsite role offers a base salary ranging from €65K to €80K per annum, depending on the candidate's experience, plus benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation and processing of multi-frequency payrolls under critical deadlines, overseeing all aspects of weekly and monthly payrolls for Ireland and the UK, and implementing appropriate controls to verify accuracy and timeliness of payroll runs and related reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of payroll tax laws and ability to promote compliance within the organisation.
  • Experience with IPASS payroll qualification and at least 6 years' experience in payroll management in a similar-sized company.
  • Ability to work independently with strong verbal and written communication skills.
