We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct diagnostic assessments for children referred for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

This role involves conducting thorough diagnostic assessments using evidence-based tools, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting diagnostic assessments using ADOS-2 and ADI-R
  • Utilizing knowledge of DSM-5 and other relevant diagnostic frameworks
  • Preparing high-quality reports with diagnostic conclusions and tailored recommendations
  • Collaborating with teams and liaising with families to ensure holistic care
  • Staying updated on best practices in neurodevelopmental assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Active registration with HCPC, NMC, or GMC
  • Certification in ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R
  • Proficiency in the use of DSM-5 and other diagnostic tools
  • Experience conducting neurodevelopmental assessments
  • Strong communication skills, including report writing
  • Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or willingness to complete one
