Diagnostic Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct diagnostic assessments for children referred for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote capacity, conducting thorough assessments using evidence-based tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Utilising your knowledge of DSM-5 and other relevant diagnostic frameworks.
  • Preparing detailed reports that include diagnostic conclusions and tailored recommendations for intervention and support.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Staying updated on best practices in neurodevelopmental assessments.

Requirements:

  • Active registration with HCPC, NMC, or GMC.
  • Certification in ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R.
  • Proficiency in the use of DSM-5 and other diagnostic tools relevant to Autism and ADHD.
  • Experience conducting neurodevelopmental assessments, with a focus on Autism and/or ADHD.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months.
