Fleet Management Executive

As a seasoned Fleet Management Executive, you will oversee the strategic direction and management of fleet operations, treasury activities, and related financial matters. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize fleet performance, improve profitability, and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fleet management plans to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of fleet plans and budgets.
  • Manage the development and implementation of financial models and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide expert guidance on fleet-related matters, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in fleet management, planning, or treasury.
  • Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
