Job Summary

The Head of Fleet Controlling, Planning will oversee the accurate reporting of Month-End Actuals and Forecast. This role involves supporting OEM negotiations for fleet procurement, assisting with external audits, maximizing Connected Vehicle opportunities for fleet cost benefits, and coordinating with fleet, controlling, planning, and treasury teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Month-End Financial Results (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) to analyze financial data and optimize fleet operations.
  • Conduct Variance Analysis vs Forecast/Budget to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Report on financial KPIs and deviations, proposing strategic actions to maximize fleet efficiency.
  • Support fleet optimization and improvements by analyzing data and implementing best practices.
  • Manage Fleet Deal approvals and Funding submissions to ensure timely and compliant execution.
  • Manage Irish Risk Fleet and related analysis to minimize risk exposure.
  • Approve Wreck Vehicle invoices in accordance with company policies.
Treasury Functions
  • Provide treasury expertise and guidance to support fleet operations and financial decision-making.
  • Align Financing with Fleet plan to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
  • Prepare cash forecasts to predict and manage future financial needs.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure sufficient funds for operational activities.
  • Execute financing transactions timely to maintain a healthy cash position.
  • Complete treasury tasks (bank reconciliations, reporting) to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Maintain banking relationships and compliance to minimize risk and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage cashiering activities to process payments efficiently.
