Job Title: Digital Modeling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Modeling Specialist to develop and manage 3D models for construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital modeling techniques and tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date 3D models of buildings, infrastructure, and other structures.
  • Create detailed models supporting project design, construction, and facility management.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to define project requirements and implement digital modeling best practices.
  • Coordinate and resolve design conflicts using clash detection and coordination tools.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure the digital model reflects latest design changes.
  • Evaluate models for quality, technical, and regulatory standards.
  • Perform clash detection analysis to minimize costly rework and delays.
  • Produce accurate documentation for all digital modeling activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital modeling roles, preferably in construction, architecture, or engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in digital modeling software, particularly Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with advanced digital modeling tools such as Dynamo, BIM 360, or collaborative platforms.
