Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an integrated management system that covers Quality, Health & Safety, Asset Management, and Environmental Management.
  • Ensure the single management system is compliant with ISO 9001, 45001, 55000, and 14001 for certification in all four listed standards.
  • Map and develop supporting documentation, processes, and procedures for the integrated system.
  • Compile and maintain management documentation.
  • Support tendering processes for small works packages with Procurement.
  • Identify and mitigate conditions adversely affecting Quality performance.
  • Authorise remedial action to prevent non-compliance with customers', statutory, regulatory, or stated Quality requirements.
  • Appoint Lead Auditor to lead the QA team and plan audit schedules and submit audit results.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years' professional experience in managing energy development projects with a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects through construction.
  • Relevant technical or management degree or equivalent.
  • Professionally qualified and membership of relevant professional institutions or bodies (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ISO and API requirements, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 41001, and 55001.
  • Experience in developing and delivering projects in complex environments.
  • Experience conceiving and introducing innovative ideas, solutions, or new ways of doing things, managing business and organisation change.
