Citi, one of the world's leading financial institutions, has an exciting role available for a seasoned professional to join our team in Dublin. This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the OTC Middle Office core functions. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the team globally, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within agreed-upon timelines.
The core MO functions within the team include Trade Capture, Confirmations, Settlements, Reconciliations, and Reporting. In addition, the person will be responsible for managing SOC1, Internal Audit Reviews, Risk & Control tasks. They will also conduct Performance reviews of staff and regular one-to-ones and team meetings. Onboarding of new clients, investment managers, products, and funds is also a critical part of this role.
To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate should have relevant experience in OTC Middle Office teams and people management skills. Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills is essential. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, and experience with systems such as Market Trade Manager, Trioptima, and Calypso is highly advantageous.
