Technical Project Manager Job

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead one of our largest biopharmaceutical projects in Ireland.

This project involves collaborating with a leading global organization that develops and delivers life-changing medicines worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish technical direction for all project aspects.
  • Develop technical scope and identify resource requirements.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver projects successfully.
  • Collaborate with project execution teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Support operational readiness and ensure design clarity.
  • Ensure technical compliance and robust performance of technical packages.
  • Evaluate technical competence of design contractors.
  • Act as technical conscience throughout the project's lifecycle.

Desirable Experience:

  • Extensive capital project experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or similar industries.
  • Experience working in global organizations and adapting engineering delivery to local differences.
  • Success in working with design contractors and equipment suppliers on major projects.
  • Excellent communication, customer, and partner management skills.
  • Design and operational experience in ATEX design and delivery of functional safety.
  • Leadership qualities, self-motivation, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills.
