About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven professional to fill this Biopharma Production Specialist position.

As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Your primary focus will be on positioning our business unit as the primary supplier to biopharmaceutical customers engaged in mammalian and microbial-based manufacture, vaccines, cell & gene therapy, and peptides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow market share across the Nordics.

  • Promote a portfolio of single-use systems and chemicals/excipients used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and formulation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including scientists, engineers, procurement teams, and senior management.

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical/Genetic Engineering, or other life sciences-related field.

  • At least 3 years of sales experience within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related life sciences industry.

  • Strong understanding of bioprocessing and drug formulation workflows.

  • Familiarity with GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards for excipients and single-use systems.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to recognize need for change and employ appropriate strategies to facilitate change.

  • Ability to be flexible in fast-changing environment and to work well under pressure.

  • Self-motivated team player and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a strong advantage.
