As an Assistant Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals and communities throughout Ireland.


Key Responsibilities

Undertake regular checks with healthcare assistants within the community to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Conduct comprehensive client reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with the Quality and Compliance team regarding HIQA and Incident Management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure collaborative working practices.
  • Carry out staff introductions in line with established company policies and procedures.
  • Be responsible for staff shadowing to ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Undertake emergency responses, including filling new packages and discharges, to ensure continuity of care.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant health or social care background with a focus on supervisory experience.
  • 1 year supervisory experience in Healthcare, with a proven track record of successful care delivery.
  • Full QQI Level 5 Major award in Healthcare Support, demonstrating expertise in patient care.
  • Level 6 in Supervisory Management, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with proficiency in English language.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence and access to a vehicle, enabling flexible working arrangements.
