Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying, and experience working in a Construction Consultancy, Client, or Developer role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project execution plans, site constraint documents, and contract handbooks.">
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and technical due diligence.">
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.">
  • Oversee quality management procedures to maintain high standards.">
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership abilities, a high level of proficiency in reporting, and skills in preparing and analysing construction programmes.

A background in Data Centres, Infrastructure, Renewables, Energy, and Pharma projects is a plus.
