Job Title:

Event & Exhibition Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced event professional to join our team in delivering bespoke events and exhibitions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Liaise with design teams and coordinate exhibition control documents.
  • Manage account relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Set and communicate project timelines and priorities.
  • Coordinate logistics services for on-site inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications.
  • Update databases as required.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience in events, exhibitions, or conference-related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or relevant qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
