Job Title: Senior Events Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this pivotal role as Senior Events Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and executing diverse events and webinars.

Duties:
  • Developing and implementing event strategies to engage various departments within the organization.
  • Contributing to event communications by crafting, editing, reviewing, and disseminating information.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure exceptional event outcomes.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on branding, content promotion, and social media initiatives.
  • Effectively managing event budgets.
  • Analyzing CRM data and leveraging analytics tools to track campaign and event performance, inform decision-making, and enhance targeting strategies.
  • Continuously identifying new event opportunities, guest speakers, and technologies.
  • Providing regular updates to the marketing team and senior management.
  • Promoting ongoing improvement within the team by encouraging staff members to identify areas for process enhancements, automation, and streamlined workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in events management, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex events, including virtual and in-person events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized and adaptable in supporting multiple projects.
