We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly accomplished senior event manager to lead our luxury hotel's Meeting & Events Department in Dublin.

This role involves driving profit and guest satisfaction through effective management of the department, capitalizing on opportunities to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years' experience as a senior event manager or director of meeting and events, with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and assign workloads to team members
  • Identify areas for improvement in budget management and upsell products to increase revenue
