Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide expert guidance on sustainable best practices, ensuring they are embedded into project design and delivery processes.
  • Oversee sustainability assessments, energy modeling, and carbon reduction strategies, maintaining high environmental performance standards across all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with global sustainability certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, and WELL, driving innovation in energy-efficient solutions and life cycle assessments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sustainability, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing sustainability strategies within the design or consultancy sectors.
  • Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, etc.
  • Expertise in energy modeling, carbon footprint assessments, and life cycle analysis.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing and growing talent within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A visionary mindset, with a proven ability to lead sustainability innovation and change management within an organization.
