Job Title: Events and Marketing Manager

The company seeks an ambitious Events and Marketing Manager to join the team.

Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end strategic network events, including speaker selection, venue management, resource planning, invitation and response management, budget management.
  • Oversee project plans for events, roundtables, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with key stakeholders and event owners to deliver commercially focused, relevant, and unique events creating engaging experiences.
  • Optimize and manage operational event management processes across platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events including logistics, catering, and entertainment.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Manage assigned marketing campaigns ensuring effective execution and commercial objectives alignment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Discuss event requirements with senior stakeholders and direct as necessary.
  • Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of event activity through client feedback and platform analytics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-7 years' experience in events or corporate hospitality-based roles.
  • Demonstrated organisational and planning capability.
  • Good understanding of event best practices.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
  • Key stakeholder management skills.
