Key Role:

A Food and Beverage Assistant is required to provide excellent service to guests in a busy hotel environment. As part of the hotel's hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly and efficient service to all guests
  • Report to the Food and Beverage Manager and Operations Manager as required
  • Develop working knowledge of food and wine to make recommendations
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue opportunities
  • Participate in general cleaning of bar and restaurant areas and serve guests with food and beverages
Requirements:
  • Previous experience preferred but not essential
  • Flexibility in working hours due to early mornings and evening shifts
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English language skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Micros system experience advantageous
