Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate hours worked into the SAP Financial Accounting System
  • Record absence information with precision
  • Ensure correct payment for overtime
  • Maintain data integrity and support payroll deadlines
  • Collaborate with line managers and HR teams to resolve discrepancies

Required skills include strong proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications and data entry platforms. A minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including Mathematics and English Language; or at least two years of relevant experience in a clerical or administrative role within a busy office environment are also necessary.
