Job Opportunity: CVRT Tester

This is a highly rewarding career opportunity for an experienced mechanic with a passion for vehicle safety and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct RSA-compliant CVRT tests on HGVs and LGVs
  • Inspect braking, steering, suspension, emissions, lighting systems ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Accurately log test results using RSA IT systems
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and owners on test outcomes and subsequent actions
  • Maintain a safe testing environment and ensure all equipment is compliant
Requirements:
  • Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic with relevant certification
  • CVRT certification preferred; training provided for candidates without certification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in vehicle testing or diagnostics
  • Proven leadership skills or willingness to take on supervisory duties
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
