Spa Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Attendant to work in our award-winning spa facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep clean pool area, hammam suite, thermal suites, changing rooms, and all guest public areas of the spa
  • Replenish guest amenities regularly and ensure all public areas meet ESPA brand standards
  • Set up and close down the spa according to brand standards using relevant checklists
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed
  • Maintain high standard of appearance and personal hygiene
  • Perform other duties deemed reasonable by management

Requirements:

  • Previous professional cleaning experience
  • Passion for maintaining high standards
  • Professional manner and attitude towards providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
  • At least one year's experience working in housekeeping or cleaning attendant role
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work, and use time efficiently
