Spa Manager Location: Wicklow Salary: €43,000 Introduction A luxury destination spa in Co. Wicklow is seeking a talented Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a professional team. The Spa Manager will ensure an exceptional guest experience, maximise bookings, and maintain the spas reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring high-quality guest service. Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to achieve service and sales targets. Work with management to maximise bookings and revenue. Manage budgets, costs, and stock control effectively. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Develop staff skills through training and coaching. Maintain high presentation and service standards across all facilities. Requirements Proven management experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment. Strong customer service focus with a passion for guest care. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Target-driven with commercial awareness. Experience with financial management and operations. CIDESCO or equivalent spa qualification an advantage. Rewards Salary €43,000.
