What You'll Do
Ensure our operations framework aligns with all regulatory requirements.
Maintain efficient processes to enhance user experience and safeguard client and firm interests.
Oversee data management, transaction reporting, and corporate actions delegated to affiliate entities.
Reconcile settlements with clients and executing brokers while managing breaks in high-volume environments.
Support key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally (settlement agents/custodians, executing brokers, regulators, and data vendors).
Lead the Operations team, including performance reporting and service level agreements.
Contribute to new product initiatives, process automation, and maintain documentation on policies, processes, and frameworks.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years' experience in Back-office, Reconciliation, and Corporate Action functions working in a high-volume environment for a MiFID Investment firm.
A comprehensive understanding of the full equity and CFD trade lifecycle, including settlements, custody, corporate action processing, and taxes.
Expertise in SQL and/or Python to enhance straight-through processing and manage exceptions.
Experience in implementing risk controls and procedure documentation.
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and team player.
Strong time management and error identification skills.
