Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a HVAC Service Sales Engineer. This is a sales-focused role, but your extensive experience in the HVAC industry will be crucial in helping clients find the right solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, preferably with experience as an engineer or technician. You will work directly with end users and facilities management teams to offer tailored HVAC solutions that deliver long-term value.

  • Identify new service and maintenance contracts
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy
  • Promote JCI/Airflow's full range of HVAC services and solutions
Requirements
  • Experienced in HVAC – ideally with a background as an engineer or technician
  • Customer-focused – able to understand client needs and match them with the right solutions
  • Sales-savvy – while prior sales experience is a plus, it's not essential
  • A strong communicator – confident in presenting solutions and building trust
  • Driven and independent – capable of managing your own territory and growing your portfolio
