Job Description

As a Governance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of projects within the governance framework across relevant management boards. This includes liaising with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives, coordinating governance schedules and meetings, producing and collating governance meeting paperwork, and documenting decisions and actions from internal governance meetings.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator in a Construction/Engineering/Consultancy or equivalent environment.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of projects from conception to delivery.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work independently.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite and relevant software packages.
