About this Electrical Engineer role:    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our pre-construction team for ongoing projects across Dublin.    As an Electrical Engineer in our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a strong portfolio of ongoing projects throughout Ireland.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine detailed designs with designers.
  • Review MEP design and explore better system options.
  • Identify timing or logistics issues in building construction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and prepare subcontractor packages.
  • Organize equipment details and order necessary items.
  • Compare subcontractor and supplier offers to choose the best option.
  • Plan for cranes, lifting, temporary structures, and address project risks.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or supervision, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Proficient in electrical systems, National Electrical Code (NEC), safety standards, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and oversee projects.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Valid driver's license, safety certifications.
  • Fluently communicating in German or French is an advantage.
