About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and flexible individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Be flexible with working hours to ensure seamless operations and support day-to-day activities.
- Support the front desk team in managing room assignments, key card issuances, and other tasks as required.
- Inspect rooms and report any issues to maintenance or housekeeping to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Customer service experience in a hospitality setting is essential.
- Familiarity with Apaleo hotel booking system is desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
