Administrative Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at ACCPRO. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for processing purchase requisitions and maintaining purchase orders, ensuring timely payment processing, sourcing suppliers, handling quotation requests, and managing visitor and candidate protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions and maintain accurate records of purchase orders.
- Ensure efficient payment processing and liaise with the payments team to resolve any issues.
- Source suppliers and handle quotation requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and hospitality services.
- Manage visitor and candidate protocols, including inductions and work completion reports.
- Support HR administration tasks, including recruitment, employee access management, and personnel files maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records for lockers, access badges, and time-tracking systems.
- Assist with facilities administration and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or a business administration qualification.
- Proficiency in ERP systems is preferred.
- A strong background in purchasing and procurement is an advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A professional, confidential, and team-player attitude.
