Senior Architectural Technologist Position

Take the lead on large-scale projects across Ireland as a Senior Architectural Technologist.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Technologist to work on high-profile developments while enjoying real flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce technically robust architectural deliverables using Revit.
  • Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project budgets.
  • Attend site visits and provide construction and technical support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery.
  • Highly proficient in Revit (essential), with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Skilled in NBS Chorus specification writing.
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentation.
