BIM Coordinator Job

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of diverse, multidisciplinary projects in County Dublin.

  • The role offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities to develop expertise in construction digital coordination.
  • This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with project requirements and implementing the BIM Execution Plan.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and tracking digital models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintaining and reviewing data exchanged via the project's Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Facilitating coordination across various disciplines and resolving design clashes.
  • Leading and participating in model coordination meetings with internal teams and external partners.
  • Utilizing digital verification tools to compare site progress with model expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • A third-level qualification in a relevant field such as Engineering or Architecture, with additional BIM-specific training.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar digital coordination or BIM-focused role.
  • Strong working knowledge of coordination platforms and software, such as Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri.
  • Familiarity with document management and CDE platforms like BIM 360, Viewpoint, Aconex, or similar.
