Job Description

The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop category strategies, negotiate contracts, select suppliers, and monitor their performance. A key responsibility is performing market analyses to identify emerging suppliers.

This includes guiding internal business partners through the source-to-contract process, developing statements of work, and validating that suppliers uphold contract terms and conditions. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience leading global indirect categories or equivalent experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in category management, preferably in indirect categories.
  • Experience negotiating and completing key strategic contracts.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills, including C-suite interactions.
  • Familiarity with R2P applications like Ariba or Coupa.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
