Highly skilled Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist sought for a short-term contract in Cork. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy finance team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing and verifying incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
  • Maintaining and organising accounts payable records, including invoice logging and filing.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Charging expenses to the correct accounts and cost centres.
  • Resolving purchase order, invoice, and payment queries promptly.
  • Managing digital document filing.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial information.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced accounts payable role
