Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and commercially-minded Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a new business sales pipeline from lead to close, identifying and pursuing opportunities across target verticals and geographies.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads with speed and rigour, responding to RFPs and public/private sector tenders in collaboration with bid teams.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through discovery, consultation, and solution-selling, maintaining accurate records in our CRM and forecasting pipeline effectively.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver strong proposals and timely responses, meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- A minimum of 35 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a new business or full-cycle sales role.
- Proven success selling IT Managed Services, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions, with familiarity with the Microsoft stack (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server).
- Strong experience managing a sales pipeline using a modern CRM platform, with excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- A willingness to travel for customer meetings and events, primarily within Ireland.
