Job Title: Financial Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to provide expert financial advice, focusing on retirement planning, investments, and insurance. As part of our team, you will work closely with clients to develop and maintain a client pipeline, achieve individual targets through relationship management and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed financial reviews, offering tailored advice and recommending the best-suited products.
  • Regularly interact with internal and external networks to enhance business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) essential; additional qualifications like RPA or CFP desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' sales experience in the Life and Pensions industry, preferably within a broker environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
