About the Role:
This role involves supporting the General Manager in leading operations, ensuring smooth service from opening to close. You will maintain a warm atmosphere in the restaurant, act as a bridge between departments, and identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support GM in daily running of venue
  • Maintain warm, energetic atmosphere in restaurant
  • Act as bridge between departments
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to elevate guest experience

Key Performance Areas:
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure cleanliness, compliance, and site readiness at all times
  • Demonstrate confidence with POS systems and other digital operations software

Performance Support & Analysis
  • Monitor key KPIs (sales, spend per head, staff costs)
  • Assist in stock management and monthly inventory processes

People & Culture
  • Inspire and lead by example: act as role model for hospitality, energy, and professionalism on the floor
  • Support team management: provide feedback, coaching, and performance input

Guest Experience
  • Own the guest experience during service: from greeting to farewell
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, positivity, and discretion
