AI Data Scientist

As a pivotal member of our data analytics team, the AI Data Scientist role is essential in enabling clients to derive significant value from their information assets. Through collaboration and domain expertise, our team embeds innovative data-driven solutions into existing business areas, transforming data into strategic assets.

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Data Scientist who is passionate about leveraging data to solve complex problems and drive business outcomes. You will play a key role in driving growth by developing new and existing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experience on high-profile engagements.

The AI Data Scientist serves as a trusted advisor, both practical and innovative, to embed data-driven solutions into existing business areas and transform data into strategic assets. Working across all industries, you'll develop your career by communicating creative, strategic goals both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Big Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform business strategies.
  • Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to extract insights, build predictive models, interpret data, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Machine Learning and AI Model End to End Management: Build and manage the full lifecycle of ML models including development, validation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy advanced machine learning models aligned with business objectives and client operations.
  • Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into business language for stakeholders to inform decisions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed of the latest advancements in data science and tools to stay at the cutting edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in real-world applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Programming: Solid experience in Python and SQL; experience with R is a nice-to-have.
  • ML and AI: Practical experience using ML libraries like Scikit-Learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Generative AI: Some hands-on experience with LLMs for prompt engineering or agents is preferred.
  • Cloud Expertise: Experience building, deploying and monitoring models on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP is preferred.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, AI principles and programming.
