Digital Document Controller

This is a dynamic position that plays a pivotal role in managing controlled documentation and executing key business processes. As the holder of this position, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of controlled documents from issuance to storage, retrieval, and compliance with document retention policies and regulatory requirements.
The role involves serving as the main point of contact for executing SAP functions, including raising purchase orders, reviewing and approving invoices, setting up new vendors in SAP, and handling travel requests for personnel.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the control of consumable and general budgets and taking the lead in implementing paperless systems within the organization.
In addition, you will support the Systems group by developing your expertise in various software platforms through training and hands-on use of on-site computerized systems such as MES, PCS, BMS, and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full lifecycle of controlled documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Oversee EDMS and RIMs functions, periodic documentation reviews, and act as a document controller ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain procedures, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Facilitate user access requests and removals across electronic systems and support training initiatives on computerized systems (e.g., MES, PCS, BMS, SAP).
- Perform SAP-related tasks including PO creation, invoice approvals, vendor setup, and manage travel requests and budget control.
- Support and drive Operational Excellence initiatives, including process improvements to digitize and streamline manual systems.
