As a seasoned Customer Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving architectural decisions and best practices to deliver key customer features to production.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation team, manage customer solutions & system architecture, provide consultancy services to customers, and translate business requirements into system level design and detailed technical architecture documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership Role: Drive the implementation team to deliver our product per customer requirements.
  • Consultancy Services: Provide consultancy services to our customers as they use our product.
  • Customer Solutions & System Architecture: Manage the customer solutions & system architecture.
  • System Level Design: Translate business requirements into system level design and detailed technical architecture documents in a clear, professional manner.
  • Product Enhancements: Identify product enhancements required and inform product management of the business value.
  • Performance Analysis: Work with Operations to analyze the performance of our systems in a production environment and evaluate enhancements for performance and cost benefits.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Contribute to and agree on a strategic customer roadmap with the leadership team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for and drive Continuous Improvement activities.
Requirements:

- 7+ years experience in application design and development.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Must be able to deliver high quality customer facing documentation.

- Self-starter with strong problem-solving aptitude.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

- Expert in some of the following technologies: Java, J2EE, SOA, JBoss, Tomcat, JDBC, SOAP, REST, OOD/OOA, .NET, HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, React.

- Experience working with database systems such as Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB.

- Willingness to travel periodically.
