Job Title: Financial Systems Integration Expert

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a growing business unit that focuses on strategic finance and ERP system integration for businesses post-merger or acquisition.

The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes during and post-merger and/or acquisition. You will be working with private equity firms, large global corporates, and SMEs to evaluate target firms for acquisition into their portfolios, focusing on both financial and commercial due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes.
  • Evaluate target firms for acquisition, focusing on financial and commercial due diligence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and systems.
  • Identify potential integration risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyse existing financial systems and processes to identify integration requirements.
  • Design and configure financial systems to meet integration objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have qualified accounting experience, ideally 1-2 years post-qualified.
  • A background in project management and/or transaction services/project finance is essential.
  • Exceptional career trajectory with exposure to interesting projects within the Irish market is preferred.
