Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to the growth of our DX air conditioning and ventilation division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong HVAC knowledge and a proven sales background to develop their skills and expertise in a supportive organisation that values long-term relationships, technical competence, and career development.

You will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships, while also identifying new opportunities to expand market presence.

The role involves regular face-to-face interactions with customers, building trust, and delivering tailored solutions that meet specification targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with existing customers
  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct face-to-face customer meetings to understand needs and offer bespoke solutions
  • Work towards achieving specification and sales targets
  • Represent the company as a trusted technical advisor in the HVAC sector

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems
  • An engineering qualification or relevant HVAC industry experience
  • A successful track record in sales, preferably within a technical or engineering environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a consultative approach to sales
