Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front-line cashier team, ensuring smooth store operations, and supporting daily tasks.

Main Duties:

  • To manage and supervise the cashier operators, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • To handle customer queries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • To maintain staff dress code and appearance according to company policy.
  • To have in-depth knowledge of relevant legislations to perform job duties competently.
  • To ensure effective liaison between staff and management.
  • To deliver exceptional customer care and ensure high standards are met.
  • To assist in staff induction, training, and development.
  • To ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
  • To monitor and maintain staff timekeeping and attendance.
  • To attend training programs as directed by management.
  • To embody company values and engage others to do the same.
  • To place orders and perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Customer Focus: prioritize customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Personal Drive: take initiative, work confidently, and with attention to detail.
