Our hotel is seeking a skilled and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the operational and financial success of the Food and Beverage department.

Candidate Requirements:
  • F&B knowledge and supervisory experience in a hotel environment are essential.
  • C&B experience is also necessary, with experience in weddings/functions being desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including 5 shifts over 7 days, are required.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive improvements to the F&B offering through continuous upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operations of Bar, Restaurant, and C&B areas, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Train and develop a dynamic team, focusing on guest service and operational excellence.
  • Support and supervise hotel events, providing exceptional service to guests.
  • Assist with the training of new employees and provide ongoing support and guidance.
