About the Role

  • Oversee group-wide financial reporting and consolidation to drive operational excellence.
  • Mentor and develop a team of qualified accountants to foster professional growth.
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end close and deliver clear insights to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with banking partners to maintain covenant compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for informed decision-making.
  • Deliver strategic initiatives and respond to ad hoc requests in a proactive manner.
  • Maintain clean balance sheets with strong governance and controls.

About the Person:

  • A chartered accountant with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance, including statutory audits and tax matters.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build effective relationships.
  • A proven track record of leading teams and driving results through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading group-wide financial reporting and consolidation projects.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognized accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
